These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph50 ("ph50", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of ph50.asia. These Terms govern your access to and use of the ph50 platform, including all games, features, promotions, payment services, and any other services provided through ph50.asia.
By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on ph50, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph50 platform.
ph50 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the ph50.asia homepage. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To register and maintain an account on ph50, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
ph50 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) active ph50 account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ph50 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph50 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be your responsibility. You must notify ph50 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ph50 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to any real-money gaming. You agree to provide such documentation as ph50 may reasonably request for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, selfie verification, and proof of payment method ownership.
ph50 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency channels. Available payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per account tier, as displayed on the ph50 Cashier page.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. ph50 aims to process approved withdrawals within 15 to 60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. ph50 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review.
ph50 holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Player balances are not used for ph50 business operations. In the event of ph50 insolvency, segregated player funds would be treated as a preferential creditor class, though no specific guarantee of recovery can be made.
ph50 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to separate promotion-specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all ph50 bonuses unless otherwise stated:
All games available on ph50 are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are accurate as certified by the respective game provider. All content on ph50.asia, including but not limited to the ph50 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of ph50 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph50 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph50 content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph50 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ph50 platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, lost data, system downtime, or unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain account security.
ph50's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph50's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the ph50 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using ph50, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
ph50 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, ph50 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is without cause, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ph50's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. ph50 will endeavor to resolve disputes within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or, failing that, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
ph50 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address registered to their ph50 account and through a notice displayed on ph50.asia. Amendments take effect 14 days after notification unless the change is required by law or regulatory direction, in which case it takes effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
